Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 23, 2026
Pulse is a browser-based tool for testing API endpoints. This policy explains what information is handled when you use apulse.tech.
API tests run from your browser
When you start a test, your browser sends requests directly to the endpoint you enter. Those requests may include the URL, method, headers, authentication token, and request body you configure. The endpoint you choose receives the requests and may process or log them under its own privacy practices. Only test endpoints you are authorized to use, and avoid entering secrets unless you understand the destination and its logging practices.
Pulse does not operate a proxy for these tests. Test settings, live metrics, response previews, and logs are held in your browser for the current page session and are not sent to a Pulse application server by the testing code. They are cleared when you clear the results or close/reload the page. Your browser may retain ordinary network or cache data according to its settings.
Information stored in your browser
Pulse uses browser local storage to remember your light or dark theme preference. Test configuration and results are kept in page memory for the current session. Pulse does not create user accounts or save test history.
Hosting and basic technical data
The site is delivered through Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare processes network and request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, requested URL, and technical connection details. Cloudflare may process this information under its own service terms and privacy policy. Pulse does not use third-party advertising or analytics scripts.
Exports
If you choose CSV or JSON export, the file is generated in your browser and downloaded to your device. It can contain endpoint URLs, response headers, and response previews. Keep exported files secure and review them before sharing.
Children
Pulse is a general-purpose developer tool and is not designed for children to use independently. Do not submit a child's personal information through the service.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as Pulse changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
